1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("AGB") apply to all services provided by Laghbani Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland, with its business address at Ringstrasse 19, CH-8317 Tagelswangen, Switzerland (hereinafter "Laghbani Consulting"). 1.2 By using our consulting services, whether online or offline, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1.3 Any deviations, additional agreements, or modifications require written confirmation.

2. Services

2.1 Laghbani Consulting offers advisory and consulting services for students, mainly from the GCC region, who wish to study in Germany. 2.2 Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Consultation on study opportunities in Germany

• Assistance with application processes

• Visa guidance and support

• Pre-departure briefings and settlement advice 2.3 Laghbani Consulting does not guarantee admission to any university, approval of visas, or other outcomes beyond our advisory scope.

3. Contract Formation

3.1 The contract between Laghbani Consulting and the client is formed when the client submits a service request and payment is received. 3.2 The contract is valid once the confirmation email is sent to the client. 3.3 Laghbani Consulting reserves the right to refuse any service request without providing a reason.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 All prics for services are listed on our website or in individual offers and are in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payments are made online via the payment options available on our website. We use Stripe as our payment processor for secure transactions. 4.3 Full payment is required before service provision unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.4 Payment processing is handled via third-party providers (Stripe). Laghbani Consulting does not store payment details.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Clients may cancel their service request within 14 days of purchase, provided that no service has been rendered. This complies with Swiss consumer protection laws: Swiss Federal Consumer Protection. 5.2 If Laghbani Consulting has already commenced work on a client’s request, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed. 5.3 No refunds will be given after the service has been fully provided. 5.4 If a client fails to provide required documents or necessary cooperation, no refunds will be issued. 5.5 Refund requests must be made in writing to services@laghbani-consulting.com.

6. Liability

6.1 Laghbani Consulting provides services to the best of its knowledge but does not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g., university admission, visa approval). 6.2 We are not liable for external factors, including actions of universities, embassies, government bodies, or third-party service providers. 6.3 Laghbani Consulting is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. 6.4 We are not liable for technical failures, including those related to online payment processing via Stripe.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Laghbani Consulting collects and processes client data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. 7.2 Detailed information on how personal data is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials provided by Laghbani Consulting, including documents, presentations, and guides, remain our intellectual property. 8.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. 9.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. 10.2 Laghbani Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
