Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased from Laghbani Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to Swiss consumer protection regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

  • Clients have the right to cancel their service purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that no service has been delivered.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must send a written cancellation request to info@laghbani-consulting.com before the withdrawal period expires.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the withdrawal request is confirmed.

2.2 Exceptions to the Withdrawal Right

The right to withdraw is not applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the requested consulting service has already been delivered or substantially commenced with client consent.

  • If the service is customized or tailored to the client’s specific requirements.

  • If the client fails to provide required documents or information necessary to complete the service.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted based on the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation request is made within 14 days and no service has been provided.

  • Partial Refund: If service work has commenced but not been completed. The amount refunded will be based on the work completed.

  • No Refund: If the service has been fully delivered or completed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Send a written request to info@laghbani-consulting.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

  2. Include the order details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and the client disagrees with the decision, they may:

  • Request a review of the case by contacting info@laghbani-consulting.com.

  • Refer to Swiss dispute resolution services, such as Ombudsman of Financial Services, if applicable.
